Terms of Service

• If you need to cancel your reservation, a 24-hour notice is required; otherwise you will be required to pay a cancellation fee (full amount of booked service).
• If there is any damage to any personal/decorative items, you will have to inform us about the damage within 3 hours of the incident. We are insured.
• If the customer needs the service for longer than anticipated, they will need to inform the company ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate.
• It is the customers responsible to provide any information regarding allergies or other medical conditions that apply to themselves or their children or any other member of the household.
• It is the customers responsibility to provide information of all delicate and easily burned fabric, as well as any non-washing machine safe clothing.
• If the customer requires the babysitting service, the customer is liable to provide all vital information about the child’s medical background, as well as any other general information about the child.
• We are not responsible for any missing valuables, hence we advise that you stow away any valuables. If there are any missing valuables please contact us within 3 hours of our service. It is the clients responsibility to please check the girls once they leave your premises - they are not allowed to carry hand bags. Only a lunch bag with food, water and their cell phone for easy checking.
• We also require payment in advance for clients who require monthly memberships. This is non negotiable. If payment has not been received within 4 days of the start of a package we will terminate service until payment has been made.
• Please let us know if you have any allergies to flowers as we do provide complimentary flowers when available.
• Any referrals will be greatly appreciated and rewarded with a 15% discount on the next monthly package blocked.
